“Early” retail sales figure posted on Reuters

Thanks very much to Chris for pointing out that the Reuters newswires posted an Australian retail sales figure of +1.2% which is markedly higher than forecast. They immediately issued a retraction saying it was a test. The AUD/USD and AUD/JPY jumped slightly and if the figure comes in actually at 1.2% then they might jump a lot more!
