CNBC has Obama on for an hour at noon New York time to talk about the economy in a town hall format (audience questions, not from an audience picked by his staff). Issue number one appears to be the desire from the public for the extension of the Bush tax cuts specifically and the general issue of jobs, jobs, jobs.

Expect markets to react positively should Obama show willingness to negotiate on extending the tax cuts for all, not just the middle-class (as he defines it…)
