New bank stress tests needed

Many of us were quite incredulous when the US bank stress test details were announced some months ago. These tests were supposed to see how banks would react when times got really tough, ie unemployment at 10.3%. With unemployment now at 9.5% in the US and headed to 10% in the next few months, what does this tell us about the usefullness of the recent bank test results. If new committee members are needed then I’m available and if they need members with new cars, then Gerry’s available too!
