Got that right Lady. 

Lagarde also says French Q-3 GDP will be as good, if not better, than Q-2.

    yeh, exactly. Just as I tought. China doesn’t really care. I find it somehow strange tho. On one hand they Urge for stronger dollar but they don’t really seem to do anything for it. Yet… Maybe when it’s payday for their US T-bills that they strengthening the USD to get more for it.
