The UK July visible trade deficit has come in at -£6.479 bn, worse than the median forecast of -£6.25 bn. Non-EU goods trade deficit -£3.925 bn, worse than median forecast of -£3.45 bn.
Doesn’t seem to have negatively impacted sterling though, cable having put on about 15 points post release, presently at 1.6480.
