Kuwait’s Oil Minister now in the mix saying no talks to replace the dollar in oil trading

He also says he is not expecting OPEC to change output quotas in December but he is concerned that compliance with OPEC targets are slipping. He adds that he sees the price of oil at between $60 and $80 a barrel for the remainder of the year.
