Fed’s Tarullo: Too-big-to-fail too tough to get rid of

Fed Governor Tarullo says he is skeptical of the idea of breaking up banks that are deemed too big to fail. He says Congress must ensure than all systemically important firms are adequately regulated. Pre-crisis capital requirements were inadequate, he says.

EUR/USD just made a fresh session high around 1.5023 as oil extended its surge to $81.73. Another barrier is spotted at the 1.5050 level, traders say.
