US equities are in the home stretch and are not showing any signs of reversing early weakness. The S&P sits at new session lows of 1068. down over 2.6%. Commodities are close to their lows as well with oil over $4 lower on the day and gold hover around $1062 from above $1100 in early US trade.

The dollar remains strong across the board except against the JPY, the great barometer. Traders are reluctant to hold carry trades when all around them are losing their heads.
