As far as i know, never. Does anyone unerstand why so many tiny spikes? they are quite useless, IMHO. They last less than 2 hourly candles.

i dont know why they bother. shooting it up 50 or even 100 pips does nothing but give people a chance to get great shorts from higher up! the only occasion its had any lasting effect at all was when they took it from 4750 to 5400 last march. at least thats going to scare shorts and even if they do still short it, itll take some time to get back down there again!

The March move on EUR/CHF and USD/CHF really psychological for newbies, luckily i didn’t open any position
