    LOL 17 pips…

Hope they will intervene tomorrow like they did one year ago : 500 pips !!!!

Maybe they will…. i think that just the euro weakness stops them to do so.

That pair is in an insane trend down since….how many years?…. 4?..

What are the possibilities of any further intervention between now and the meeting tomorrow? And thereafter?

They already moved the line in the sand from 1.5 to 1.46 since EUR weakness started in december 09.

I agree that if EUR weakness continues, they will follow and move their defense line lower accordingly.

However EUR/USD is consolidating now, maybe waiting for the next move lower. But in the meantime nothing is to rule out from our SNB friends… :)

Let’s see tomorrow if they push the BUY button !

Jack, what pair are you referring to for the downtrend? EUR/USD? Looks like 2 years maybe.

So let me see if I have this right….Euro weakness (ex. EUR/USD) leads to LESS of a chance of SNB intervention, and a lowering of the line in the sand of the SNB? And on the flipside……EUR/USD strength would lead to MORE of a chance of SNB intervention?
