Very quiet market conditions in early Asian trade

Let’s hope that there is some activity at the Tokyo fix. As we near the end of the Japanese financial year, the fixing turnover should start increasing. Generally this should involve JPY buying, but that is not always the case.

    GM Sean

    Market had been choppy lately

I thought its the last breath of JPY ?
the YEN weakness season is starting soon

As you mention , JPY pairs are heavy today

Do you see any big buyer that cap most of JPY cross pair ?

Hi Thanh. No one big flow in particular but the repatriations continue to weigh on all the JPY pairs. Lots of highly respected traders think that USD/JPY is soon to jump higher but I personally have no strong opinion.
