A surprise fall in unemployment is good news but the labour market trends are worrying.  Millions of people in Britain are not in work who could be. Oh-eh.

I think the major challenge is the fact that the labormarket is not able to pay competitive wages. The debt fuled economic pyramid sheme requires permanent high liquidity and this can only be achieved through very accomodative monetary policy. The inflation created has to be tamed by low (competitive) wages. Where is the incentive to get a good education when the only jobs available dont pay enough to afford a decent living?

It should read: the labormarket is not able to pay above competitive wages
