France says Russia to freeze missle sales to Iran

The Elysee Palace says that Putin will freeze missile deliveries to Iran, an important action that is much more powerful than sanctions forged at the UN. Until I hear it from Putin’s lips (and check the satellite photos), I’d take the news with a grain of salt.

EUR/USD is recovered some early losses, now at 1.2103 as the downside seems limited and day traders square up before the futbol.
