Mexican central banker Carstens, an attendee of the Fed symposium in Jackson Hole, tells Reuters that the faltering US recovery is a threat to the Mexican economy.

    That must be why all of the Narco traffickers are killing each other off. And why they kidnap illegals for ransom instead of charging them money for illegal entry into the US.
