Claudio Loser (unfortunate name), a former director of the Western Hemisphere for the IMF, has told Reuters Insider that the IMF should push harder for Greece to restructure its debt and negotiate haircuts with bondholders, rather than giving the country more loans.
Loser also feels Greece could benefit from leaving the euro to get its house in order.
