- If economy continues to deteriorate BOE may need to consider further lossening
- Pretty sure QE would work again if BOE decided to do more
- Inflation will rise over 5% in next few months, then fall back sharply
- Uncertain how much and how quickly inflation will fall back
- BOE needs to think about upside risks to inflation as well as downside risks
