Court has temporarily suspended use of a special parliamentary committee to take decisions on urgent matters pertaining to the EFSF on behalf of Bundestag lawmakers.
Lawmaker had yesterday lodged a complaint with the court, saying that the special committee breached German law as it transferred power from a full session of the Bundestag lower house to a committee in a matter concerning the budget.
