My feeling is that the constant brinksmanship is eroding domestic and international confidence in US political leaders.
We will do it all over again in two months. From the WSJ:
Under the tentative agreement, the House will vote again on a two-month extension and the Senate will prepare to negotiate for an extension that will run through 2012.
