Liu Yang , chairwoman of Atlantis Investment Management , says in an interview with Bloomberg Television today , that China’s economy is ‘bottoming out’. Liu has spent $400 million buying Chinese equities in the first 7 months this year.
I didn’t hear the interview, don’t know what else was said , but figured she is putting her money where her mouth is.
