Berlusconi 38.8% compared to 27.6% for Bersani in the latest Rai projection based on 55% sample of votes.
It was viewed as a neck-and-neck race but Berlusconi is up 11 points.
The next shoe to drop will be exit polls from the Lower House. Instant polls showed Bersani ahead but I’m skeptical, very skeptical. These are the latest national numbers from Sky (via @FGoria).
