Russia ain’t messin’ around and it’s lending a bid to oil while the quickening rout on the dollar.

Update: We’re getting some clarification on Putin’s comments crossing the wires. It’s less provocative than initially reported. Asked if Russian would help if foreign military action was taken against Syria, he said Russia will maintain its current level of support, which includes arms shipments.
