Good day everyone, and I hope you all had a great week-end while still enjoying the festive season.
Mine has been somewhat marred by another dismal England cricket display but hey, all things in context. It’s only a game, and there’s worse things going on out in the big wide world huh? But congrats to the Aussies on another merciless performance.
Remember it’s still holiday season and many European traders are away until 2nd Jan so do not be surprised if we get more erratic movements today. Friday was exceptional but not unprecedented by a long way.
We will start/continue to see month-end/year-end flows as we say goodbye to 2013.
Not much by way of data so let’s just see what happens, make no assumptions and keep your powder dry if in any doubt.
