Over the weekend Adam noted a story from the Telegraph detailing the contrast between London house prices and the rest of the country.The ONS put one of the reasons down to foreign investment.
On the rest of the economy he says in the LBC radio interview that the UK is in a different point in the economic cycle to the US and the time for UK rates to rise back to normal level is approaching. He does see scope for the economy to grow further before raising rates.
