Update: Comments now coming out from Russia with Gazprom’s CEO saying that Ukraine has been unconstructive in gas talks and blames Kiev for using blackmail to get ultra low price.
Russian PM Medvedev says that they will be ready to continue gas talks with Kiev if it pays down its gas debt in full.
