EUR/USD touched a two-week high at 1.3651 yesterday but since the start of European trading it’s been struggling and has slipped below 1.3600.

The mild uptrend since mid-June has broken. The story is the bond market where German 10-years are paying just 1.25% compared to 2.53% in the USA. German rates are down 10 basis points in the past week and at the lowest since 2013.

More bids are at the lows from earlier this week at 1.3583/74. Larger demand at 1.3565. More at 1.3550/40.
