If you don’t know, blame the Russians.
A AN-26 plan was shot down earlier today. The wreckage hasn’t yet been found but Poroshenko says it likely wasn’t hit by a mobile rocket launcher. Evidently, some members of the plane have survived and they’ve been in contact with army staff.
On the weekend, artillery fire crossed into Russian and killed one man and left two other injured.
