We’ve moved up through the earlier highs at 102.51 to 102.54 as the dollar and stocks shake off the retail sales slump. Stocks are on the highs of the day with the S&P up 13 at 1947.

Bonds aren’t joining in though at 2.42% in 10’s, down 2bps
