Cable broke the Asian low of 1.6565 and has continued 10 pips lower as another wave of US dollar buying hits. Support is thin until this week’s lows in the 1.6540 range with more bids around 1.6500, where there’s a rumored barrier.

The spot to watch is EUR/USD as it tests the weekly low of 1.3180. A break could add another leg to USD strength.
