Speaking in Italy earlier today he says the ECB has exhausted its options without resorting to full scale QE.
As I stated yesterday, the problem for the ECB is that all this action might be coming too late for them and the market will start calling out the magician if it doesn’t see a prompt turnaround in Europe’s fortunes.
