French jobseekers fell by 11.1k in August, were expected to rise 16.5K
The amount of people looking for work fell by 11.1K month-over-month in August, according to French TV.
The official figures are due tonight and forecasts are/were for an additional 16.5K people to be looking for work. The number of jobseekers has been steadily climbing and total jobseekers were at a record 3424.4K in July.
The official numbers are due out at noon ET (1600 GMT).
