According to EU parliament head Martin Schulz, around 1% of the €6bn put aside for the EU unemployment initiative has been used so far and Hollande wants to see another €20bn added.
He’s looking forward to the G20 meeting where he says growth and jobs will be top of talks.
The leaders are touching down in Milan for the meeting today so we’re going to get a lot of this probably.
