In China today, the start of a four-day meeting in Beijing, the fourth plenary session of the Party’s central committee

  • More than 350 officials of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party will convene a plenum session
  • The discussion will be on on the “rule of law.”
  • Zhou Yongkang, the country’s top law-and-order official between 2007 and 2012, is expected to be expelled from the party after a corruption investigation
