There is very little on the data front due in the Asian timezone today, but we can expect the usual round of comments out of Tokyo in the Abe will he / won’t he election hoo ha.

But… I’ve been waiting on data out of China all week.

There is isn’t a scheduled day/time for release of the following, but its is due sometime between the 11th and 15th … which only leaves today and tomorrow. Here’s what is due etc.:

  • October Foreign Direct Investment, expected is +1.1%, prior was +1.9%
  • October new yuan loans, expected is 626.4bn, prior was 857.2bn
  • Aggregate financing RMB for October, expected is 887.5bn, prior was 1050.0bn
  • Money supply M0 for October y/y: expected is 4.2%, prior was 4.2%
  • Money supply M1 for October y/y: expected is 5.0%, prior was 4.8%
  • Money supply M2 for October y/y: expected is 12.9%, prior was 12.9%
