The US EIA cut its 2015 world oil demand forecast by 240K barrels per day. Overall, they still see demand growth up 0.88 million barrels per day in 2015.

They have also lowered estimates of US oil production by 100K barrels per day to 9.3m bpd.

Overall, there are minor shifts in forecasts.
