- Separations 4.623m vs 4.863m prior
- Quits 2.618m vs 2.712m prior
- Layoffs and discharges 1.612m vs 1.757m prior
Not much difference between hires and separations, in which you’d obviously want to see hire’s higher. The numbers have dropped across the board and we need to monitor that to see whether the jobs market is going to start stabilising at these levels as the gains can’t go on forever.
