- Prior overall retail sales +0.7% (revised to +0.4%)
- Prior ex-auto and gas +0.6%
- Ex-autos -1.0% vs 0.0% exp
- Prior ex-autos +0.5% (revised to +0.1%)
- Control group -0.4% vs +0.4% exp
- Prior control group +0.6%
Terrible report at first blush. Bad headline, poor revisions and weak internals.
