According to Reuters, citing an unnamed source
Japan's Financial Services Agency is said to have given the green light for Coincheck and its customers to resume withdrawals. Most likely the case that the ongoing investigations have reached some form of conclusion.
The source is also saying that currently Coincheck has received withdrawal requests from its customers totaling to about JPY 30 billion. That's roughly USD 275 million. I really hope their pockets are deep enough to handle that kind of a transaction - and if they're not into some shady stuff, then shouldn't be a problem. But either way, ouch indeed.
