- Says talked to Ross last week about possible steel tariffs
- Possible US steel tariffs are quite separate from the NAFTA talks
- Still significant differences between partners over the more difficult NAFTA chapters
Dunno about anyone else, but this NAFTA and tarfiff thing looks to me like it'll get much worse (for global trade) before it gets any better
