Canada Ivey PMI for February 59.6 vs 55.2 prior

Ivey PMI better than expected

Canada's Ivey PMI for February is coming in at 59.6 seasonally adjusted vs 55.2 prior.

• Employment index 52.4 versus 56.5 in January. A year ago the employment index was at 54.5
• Inventories index also comes in at 52.4 versus 58.4 in January. In February 2017 the inventory index was at 51.4
• Supplier deliveries index rose to 53.7 from 46.4 in January. The index is up from a year ago at 45.9.
• Prices index dipped to 64.2 from 66.6 in January. A year ago the prices index stood at 61.1

Better report but the index does tend to bounce around a lot. The USDCAD is staying below the 1.2908-26 area so far in the NA session. The high has reached 1.2917 in the session so far.
