Lamb is addressing his camp currently and says that he will "accept the mission", with the emcee introducing him as "Congressman-elect".
The typical stuff, much like after a boxing match where both fighters have their hands up believing they have won as the judge continues to count the points. But Lamb's confidence here may very well be justified when the final results do come in.
