The Fed tweeting out a message saying things will proceed as per usual, in spite of Federal offices shutting down in Washington
The snow storm has closed offices in Washington but everything will go according to plan for the Fed in the FOMC meeting later. The statement will be released as scheduled at 1800 GMT and Fed chair Powell will be hosting the press conference at 1830 GMT.
