Flynn told a former business associate that one of Trump's first acts would be to make sure Russian sanctions were 'ripped up', according to a new report.

The account is from a whistleblower made public for the first time today. The change would allow a business venture Flynn had worked on -- nuclear power plants -- to be built with the former partner.

The revelation came from Rep Elijah Cummings and came via a whistleblower. He called for a bipartisan investigation.
