Japan's top FX diplomat, Masatsugu Asakawa, also the vice finance minister for international affairs with some comments

This via Kyodo news. They are reporting that Asakawa has voiced some concerns about the Japanese yen movement, saying that he is watching closely whether or not the "recent yen rises are speculative".

He has also made similar comments earlier in the year here.

Some concerns starting to be shown by Japanese authorities as the yen is the top performer in today's trading. USD/JPY is now at 107.65 after hitting a low of 107.53 earlier. EUR/JPY is also near session lows at 132.59 currently, while GBP/JPY is at 149.37, with sterling recovering a little ahead *wink wink* on the back of inflation data earlier.
