Chatter than North Korea will test missile this weekend
The rumors cite some dubious Russian sources but they're doing the round. The same rumours do the rounds every weekend, and sometimes they're inevitably right.
Today's rumours is that North Korea will test a missile that's capable of hitting the US west coast this weekend.
Update: A second source -- RIA -- cites a Russian lawmaker who says North Korea may test a long-range missile.
"Pyongyang is planning to test-fire a missile that is capable of reaching the western coast of the US, Anton Morozov, a member of the Russian State Duma Committee on International Affairs told RIA Novosoti."
"They are preparing to launch a new high range missile. They even gave us calculations, showing that the missile was capable of reaching the western coast of the US."
