Pres. Trump has signed a memo recommending Atty. Gen. sessions band bump stocks. Bump stocks are devices that turn weapons into machine guns.
The memorandum recommends that Sessions declares that bump stocks are illegal.
A bump stock was used in the Las Vegas mass shootings that killed 58 people.
Now if that can be legislated and if the next steps can finally be taken to get rid of assault rifles and have meaningful gun regulations that are uniform and effective, we might stop some of the insanity.
