No surprises, the dollar is king among the major bloc today

With the Senate passing the bill on tax reforms and news that there is a hinge of uncertainty surrounding the accuracy of the Flynn report, the USD made a bit of a comeback today compared to Friday's closing.

Most major pairs opened with a gap up in favour of the greenback, then we closed out the gap a little but now the trend is starting to resume again.

USD/CAD and USD/CHF are hitting session highs right now, at 1.2722 and 0.9837 respectively. Meanwhile, AUD/USD and NZD/USD are near session lows. No significant breakthroughs yet, let's wait and see what Europe brings.
