This should be interesting
This could be a bigger deal than Trump watering them down and opening the door to exemptions. It's only going to take a couple Republican votes in the Senate to get this through and that shouldn't be a problem the House will be able to pass it too.
Of course, Trump will then veto it.
From there, it's going to be much tougher to get a two-thirds majority in the House and Senate.
