Senate Republican Cornyn: "I am confident will pass this bill, probably on Tuesday."

Speaking on ABC's "This Week"

The No. 2 Senate Republican, John Cornyn (Texax-R) said on ABC's "This Week" that he "is confident" Congress will pass this bill. He expects it to be done on Tuesday.

He also said that it was unclear if Arizona Senator John McCain would vote. McCain, who is suffering from brain cancer was admitted to the Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington DC on Wednesday.
