- this requirement comes before any other measure that could be taken under Article 155 of the constitution
The statement suggests they will engage in talks and that's not helping the euro. IBEX also off its session highs and currently up 1.25% at 10265.00 vs 10312.10 highs but buyers still around in both cases.
