S&P 500 erases early climb
Markets rarely bottom on Fridays.
The S&P 500 made a stand at the open and climbed to 2657 but all those gains have slowly slipped away and the index is now down 16 points to 2628.
The 200-day moving average looms after the break of the 100-dma yesterday.
USD/JPY had resisted the worries up to a point but it's now turned down to 104.85 from 105.10 in the past 30 minutes.
